Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking university students for a Summer 2027 Sales & Merchandising Associate role across Ontario. You will manage stock, merchandise displays, and promotions to grow brand presence for White Claw, Dillon's, The Finnish Long Drink, and Olé Cocktail Co. in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work a defined territory in the Greater Toronto Area, with a 4-month summer contract May–August 2027 and a pay rate of $19/hour. Flexible hours and Smart Serve certification are required.

Qualifications

• University student currently enrolled and eligible to work in Canada.
• Customer service experience preferred and a results-driven mindset.
• Must be the legal drinking age in your province and hold Smart Serve certification.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and move merchandise as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for events and travel.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, face, and maintain company merchandise at accounts.
• Creatively showcase brands at account locations to drive visibility.
• Assist with transfers to support faster sell-through of products.
• Own a sales territory to help listings and rate of sale.
• Support sales programs and promotional events as needed.
• Help run on-premise promotions and sample events.

What you’ll do:

• Stock, face, and maintain company merchandise at accounts
• Take opportunities to creatively and effectively showcase company brands at account locations
• Help with transferring product from one location to another to help with faster sell through of product
• Responsible for your own sales territory to help drive listings and rate of sale in each account
• Assist with sales programs and initiatives
• Assist with special tasting and promotional events as required
• Run on-premise night promotions within an account base to increase visibility and sales of brands
• Communicate current selling activities including limited time offers (LTO), new products, display opportunities to all customers
• Interact positively with customers to build long-term sales relationships
• Other related duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• University degree in progress
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be the legal drinking age in your province
• Comfortability with physical activities such as lifting, moving, and handling materials weighing between 30-50 lbs.
• Valid drivers’ license with access to a vehicle to use for work (Vehicle should be suitable to load cases of products and materials for external events)
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility with commuting longer distances on occasion for sampling related events
• Smart Serve Certification

Position locations:

• GTA East - Downtown Toronto to Belleville
• GTA West - Oakville to Downtown Toronto
