Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates in Penticton, BC is seeking a part-time merchandiser to manage product displays and planograms at local retailers. You will ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and brand standards are followed.

Hours are about 5 per week with a flexible schedule. On-site role requiring a reliable driver with access to a vehicle. Training on imaging apps and data reporting will be provided.

Qualifications

• Reading and executing planograms to optimize product visibility.
• Using imaging apps to document and report merchandising efforts.
• Maintaining consistency with client branding standards.
• Displaying products and signage to attract shopper attention.

Responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange products per planograms.
• Build, modify and dismantle displays while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure products are stocked and correctly arranged for customer purchase.
• Install signage and complete merchandising tasks per client requests.
• Complete online reports and upload photos to share updates.

Hours: Approx 5 hours per week
Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, but offers flexibility

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
