Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new customer accounts and business opportunities in General Trade FMCG.
  • Identify sales gaps and work with manager to propose close‑gap measures.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers’ needs and improve client retention and relationships.
  • Generate and develop sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI.
  • Plan and execute promotions at outlets to meet trade excellence.
  • Service stores regularly as per designated coverage.
  • Perform DSO/debt collection and resolve long outstanding aging where applicable.
  • Open new outlets and attend sales enquiries.
  • Achieve individual management monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Manage and monitor customers’ payments.
  • Execute other ad‑hoc jobs as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1‑2 years’ sales experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Basic plus transport and commissions.
  • Good to have existing connections with Food Services/General Trade customers.
  • Basic PC knowledge and Microsoft Office.
  • Must own a suitable vehicle (motorbike or car).
