Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a field-based merchandiser to support a leading CPG brand in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. You will execute retail priorities, set up displays, and maintain shelf standards while visiting multiple stores weekly.

Ideal candidates will have Walmart/grocery merchandising experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation. The role offers about 15–20 hours per week with pay from CAD 20/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, especially in grocery and big-box channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and report generation.

We’re looking for someone to work approximately 15-20hrs a week in Abbotsford & Chilliwack, managing and supporting retail programs for a leading CPG brand. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and merchandising.

Pay : from20$/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute client retail priorities, including product distribution, building and maintaining displays, and shelf detailing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to support sales and merchandising efforts
• Provide regular in-store merchandising support, including planogram (POG) updates, correcting out-of-stocks (OOS), ensuring product freshness, and maintaining shelf standards
• Prepare and submit required reports to track performance and progress, sometimes across multiple stores in a single day
• Share actionable feedback and field insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance program execution

About You

• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
• Reliable access to internet and email for scheduling and training communications;
• Experience in merchandising, particularly within Walmart and the grocery retail channel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with the public and store personnel
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in using reporting tools and computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using reporting tools, mobile apps, and digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and time entry (Excel experience is an asset)
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and priorities
