Job summary

Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a field merchandising helper to support retail programs in Oshawa and Whitby. You will work approximately 5-10 hours per week, driving product distribution, setting up displays, and ensuring shelf standards.

A valid driver's license and access to a car are required. You will build relationships with store personnel, provide in-store support, and help maintain planograms, update reports, and track performance across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Experience in merchandising, especially within Walmart and the grocery retail channel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Proficient with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

We’re looking for someone to work approximately 5-10hrs/week in Oshawa & Whitby, managing and supporting retail programs for a leading CPG brand. You’ll play a key role in driving sales and merchandising.

Pay : from 19$/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute client retail priorities, including product distribution, building and maintaining displays, and shelf detailing

About You

• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
• Reliable access to internet and email for scheduling and training communications
• Experience in merchandising, particularly within Walmart and the grocery retail channel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with the public and store personnel
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in using reporting tools and computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using reporting tools, mobile apps, and digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and time entry (Excel experience is an asset)
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing market conditions and priorities
