Job summary

OSL Direct Services is seeking energetic Sales and Marketing Representatives to promote Bell Canada’s residential services across a defined territory. You will visit residential customers, canvass and cold call to generate leads and drive sales.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with base pay and a car allowance, plus tools like a smartphone, tablet, and Bell-branded gear. A vehicle is required, with evenings and some weekends expected to maximize customer contact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing or field sales is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home residential products.
• Market Bell products to residential customers using territory leads.
• Identify customer needs and tailor Bell solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience as Bell brand ambassador.
• Meet with team weekly to discuss strategy and results.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead funnel.
