Our client is a rapidly growing company in Sarnia, ON, currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of the Canadian Sales Manager and be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, utilizing best practices to assist the sales team, deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, while ensuring high-quality service and mitigating risks.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist with the preparation of sales and marketing presentations and reports.
- Serve as the point of contact for sales representatives in the field meeting clients and making sales.
- Review documents thoroughly to coordinate quotes sent to clients, in collaboration with estimators and suppliers.
- Assist the Sales Manager with lead generation.
- Experience with import/export specialties is considered an asset.
Marketing Activities :
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Promote services and products on the company's social media and professional networks.
- Proven experience with excellent writing and editing skills.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in a related field of business or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Suite are assets.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- High discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
