Job summary

ALUULA Composites is seeking a client-focused role to power our commercial engine across global outdoor and lifestyle brands. You will support customer adoption, coordinate product launches, and ensure projects run smoothly.

Based in Vancouver/Victoria, 55k-75k base with a corporate bonus program and benefits. 2–4 years in customer-facing roles, B2B experience preferred, strong communication and CRM/ERP aptitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities as we scale.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting B2B customers, technical products, or premium brands is an asset.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working across CRM, ERP, and standard productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as the business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and brand partners throughout adoption, development, and launch phases.
  • Support brand partners in understanding ALUULA materials, construction techniques, and product applications.
  • Coordinate sampling, documentation, and launch readiness for new and existing partners.
  • Support the commercial team with order processing, customer setup, and account coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite).
  • Manage shared sales and customer service inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Coordinate internally with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to support partner execution.
  • Track partner project progress and proactively flag issues or risks.
  • Support forecasting inputs, reporting, and general commercial team administration.

Key Responsibilities
