JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for driven and self-motivated individuals with a positive outlook and strong work ethic for direct sales positions. Outbound sales experience is preferred but not required. This position will require grit - that's resilience, the ability to keep working towards an objective that is challenging despite failure and rejection. It is very difficult to learn how to be a top sales rep, it requires self-control to focus on the big picture and stay the course. We are willing to teach you how to earn triple digit income with no degrees or certificates required if you are willing to put in the work and follow our lead.

Applicants must currently live in or within 30 minutes of Winnipeg to qualify, and must have reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is literally unlimited. We will never cap commissions - the higher your sales, the more commission you earn. Bonuses are earned based on quarterly sales results.

We are looking for individuals willing to bet on themselves.
