Whitby Subaru, a division of WEINS Auto Group, is currently seeking a successful and driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in our New Vehicle Sales Department.

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure all customers and potential customers are handled positively and in accordance with established procedures, maximizing customer satisfaction.
2. Plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing, advertising, expenses, and inventory levels to support business growth.
3. Maximize sales volume and profit performance of new vehicle sales.
4. Train salespeople and managers to execute a market-based pricing strategy while promoting teamwork.
5. Prepare management reports in a timely manner.
6. Ensure all team members follow policies, procedures, and comply with health and safety regulations.
7. Communicate relevant objectives and documents to other departments through established channels.

Qualifications :

1. Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience is required; cross-trained candidates are preferred but training will be provided for the right applicant.
2. Valid OMVIC license.
3. Exceptional communication and business skills.
