You will
  • Ensure backend office, paperwork, reports, and contracts are executed and organized correctly
  • Ensure the staffing schedule is followed and submitted once a month, notifying the Director of Sales of any changes
  • Provide recommendations to the Director of Sales on the best unit mix to publish on MLS
  • Participate in strategy and planning sessions, and process evaluations
  • Lead pricing review discussions with the Sales team to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Ensure the Sales team follows Anthem’s sales process and follow-up correspondence on pending deals
  • Lead communication between the onsite team and office regarding sales and marketing programs
  • Create meaningful engagement with all leads and provide timely follow-up
  • Continuously engage and reinforce existing valuable Realtor relationships
You have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management in real estate with a developer
  • Experience leasing up new residential properties is an asset
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
