Job description

Brandt Truck & Trailers is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Grande Prairie location. This position is responsible for managing, motivating, and mentoring the Sales team to achieve annual sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction within the designated region. The role focuses on the transportation and heavy haul trailer needs of Brandt customers to ensure the sale and delivery of all solutions and offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and drive product sales through a team of Territory Managers.
  2. Educate and direct the Territory Managers to promote all initiatives within the region.
  3. Manage key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability.
  4. Oversee inventory levels for new, used, and rental equipment.
  5. Establish and monitor key KPIs for Territory Managers on a monthly basis.
  6. Conduct regular sales meetings with the Territory Managers.
  7. Analyze and implement effective regional coverage strategies.
  8. Engage directly with major accounts in the region to promote comprehensive product support.
  9. Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends.
