Job description

Brandt has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager for our Southern Saskatchewan Peterbilt dealerships, working out of our Regina Peterbilt location.

The Sales Manager position is responsible for maximizing the sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales of Truck & Trailer equipment
  • Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets
  • Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
  • Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
  • Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
  • Other duties as assigned
