Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager - Small Ag & Turf for our Red Deer Agriculture (John Deere) location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the whole goods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieve asset management goals related to turn and aging, and protect company assets, including new and used whole good inventory.
2. Manage inventory to meet sales and market share objectives.
3. Manage and develop all employees in the Sales Department to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
4. Achieve market share goals aligned with the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
5. Provide feedback and insights into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
6. Assist in managing branch accounts receivable in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
