Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager - Small Ag & Turf for our Rocky View Agriculture (John Deere) location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory
  • Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
  • Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
  • Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company
  • Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations
  • Other duties as assigned
