Full-Time (30-40 hrs), Permanent | Benefited Position | Salary: $57,000 - $63,900 + Commission

PARC Retirement Living is an award-winning developer and operator of independent senior-living communities. We are seeking a Senior Living Specialist for Cristalina PARC, our new community in Kelowna, which will open its doors in spring-summer 2024.

Now, we’re bringing our unique offering to Kelowna: in the heart of the vibrant Pandosy Village, Cristalina PARC is starting to blossom. Just a few blocks from Lake Okanagan, the residence is set to open in 2024, with 133 gorgeously appointed suites. This modern, sustainably designed nine-story building is purpose-built for independent living, with vitality and social connection built right in. Residents can enjoy fine dining, lounge areas, fitness activities, arts, culture, gardening, or just sit back and take in beautiful views of the lake with a glass of fine wine.

Responsibilities
  • Developing sales strategies and tactics that maximize occupancy at all times.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with community partners and attending partner events.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Marketing team to develop collateral materials, targeted advertising, direct response offers, sponsorships, and promotions that generate qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Developing a strong outreach program with multiple touchpoints and deep referral connections using relationship building, community presentations, influencer and lead-oriented events, and in-person sales activities.
  • Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM / Sherpa) analysis tools to track and convert leads.
  • Actively promoting PARC’s cross-referral program to generate leads.
  • Ensuring show suites and amenity spaces are tour-ready to PARC’s high standards.

  • Persuasive and engaging sales professional with a high closing rate.
  • Marketing or sales-related degree, diploma, or certificate, with at least one year of experience in senior living or a related industry.
  • Relationship builder and problem solver capable of forging strong connections with seniors, service providers, employees, and partners.
  • Understanding and respect for the needs of seniors, their families, and engaged professional services.

At PARC Retirement Living, we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members, and visitors from COVID-19. A prerequisite of employment is that all new hires are fully vaccinated as approved by Health Canada. We also require a Criminal Record Check and a TB test within the first month of employment.
