Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a PTD Sales Manager for our Saskatoon, SK Construction & Forestry location. This position is responsible for managing the sales team of the most innovative Construction, Survey, Engineering/GIS, and Agricultural Positioning Technologies, and for achieving sales growth and profitability of the Position Technology division in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and develop all employees in the Positioning Technology Division to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
  2. Achieve asset management goals related to turn and aging, and the protection of company assets, including new and used Positioning Technology inventory.
  3. Provide input on inventory requirements to meet market penetration goals.
  4. Achieve market penetration goals as set by the company.
  5. Develop new business opportunities for the Positioning Technology division.
  6. Provide feedback on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  7. Assist in managing account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VP of Operations.
