Job description

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager in our Ayr, London, and Windsor Brandt Peterbilt locations. This position is responsible for maximizing the sales growth and profitability of the whole goods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the sales of Truck & Trailer equipment
• Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets
• Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
• Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
• Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
• Other duties as assigned
