The Nitty-Gritty of What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned auto and recreational vehicles.
  • Ensure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit.
  • Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
  • Determine sales quotas for sales personnel in accordance with their skill levels.
  • Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
  • Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits.
  • Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products to customers.
  • Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.
  • Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews in a timely manner

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for

  • Track record of demonstrated sales results - automotive, recreational
  • An obvious love for the industry
  • You to thrive in a fast-paced environment, hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude
  • Be the leader of the sales team (experience to back the talk up)
  • A friendly personality with the ability to handle objections and negotiating pricing effectively.
  • Love for providing exceptional customer service
  • Leadership/Management experience and must possess strong leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license; must have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
