The Nitty-Gritty of What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles, including recreational vehicles.
• Ensure sales department meets profit goals.
• Train, motivate, and support sales personnel.
• Set sales quotas based on individual skills.
• Manage finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Promote parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products.
• Organize departmental schedules and workload.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee performance.

• Proven sales results in automotive or recreational sales.
• Passion for the industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hardworking environment with a positive attitude.
• Leadership experience with strong management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
