nesto is looking for a Sales Manager to guide our established team of mortgage brokers dedicated to our Investors Group (IG) partnership. You will lead this team through the continued development of the IG mortgages product offering and go-to-market strategy. After over-performing across all metrics since the partnership's inception in 2023, we are seeking a seasoned and established people leader to elevate performance and grow the team.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Coaching, mentoring, and managing an experienced team of mortgage brokers.
  • Developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies with your team to drive mortgage referrals.
  • Managing individual performance and workflows to maximize conversion and attainment of sales targets.
  • Collaborating and strengthening relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Managing rate, credit, and client experience escalations.
  • Liaising with internal operations teams to align on processes and expectations.

Who you are :

  • Accomplished in both individual and leadership roles within the mortgage industry with 4+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of people management and sales coaching.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and bring out the best in your team.
  • A beacon of positivity, able to inspire during challenging times and find opportunities in change.
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage guidelines from financial institutions and monoline lenders.
  • Experience in wealth management and financial services is an asset.
  • Keen adaptability regarding process changes and a willingness to improve workflows.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
