The Career.
The Sales Manager or Community Relations Manager (CRM) reports to the Community Director congruently with the Regional Sales Manager and will work closely with the management team as well as the V!VA's Home Office team to develop and execute a plan to successfully meet the sales goals/occupancy targets. This includes initiating and following up on sales leads, acting as V!VA's ambassador to the surrounding community, facilitating tours, conducting competitor analysis, and working as a positive and contributing member of the V!VA team.
