Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Learn, grow, and lead: Start with a hands-on sales role while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers.
  • Develop relationships with SMB owners, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that matter.
  • Drive new business development and grow your own territory with entrepreneurial ownership.
  • Master sales strategies, tools, and tech as you prepare to become a future Sales Manager.

  • Sales Superstar: You have 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • People Connector: You’re approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients.
