About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across

Canada. This is a high-impact role focused on growing revenue, deepening client relationships,

and building out our national sales footprint. You’ll be responsible not only for strategic sales

execution but also for leading and managing a national sales team to ensure consistency,

performance, and alignment with our growth objectives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, and operations to position Becker

Mining’s suite of products and services as essential tools for modern, technology-forward

mining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a national sales team, including setting performance targets,
  • mentoring, and providing regular coaching and support
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow market share and revenue in key
  • mining regions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Canadian mining sector
  • (underground and surface operations)
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at mining companies,
  • EPCMs, OEMs, and integrators
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions across communications,
  • automation, electrification, and safety
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline activity to ensure targets are met or
  • exceeded
  • Report on team performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide product and
  • strategic decisions
  • Represent Becker at industry trade shows, conferences, and client engagements
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused sales culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years managing a team in mining,
  • industrial technology, or engineering
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple
  • regions
  • Strong network and understanding of the Canadian mining landscape, particularly in
  • underground operations
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, solution-based sales with long sales cycles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable traveling nationally (up to 40%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
