The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager with deep relationships in premium home & garden distribution channels —think appliance showrooms, designer furniture stores, garden centers, kitchen & cabinetry retailers. You’ll be responsible for converting warm, qualified leads into distribution partners across the U.S., starting with California (especially Southern CA).

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and close B2B2C sales opportunities from qualified inbound interest
  • Leverage existing relationships in home & garden retail channels to drive distribution deals
  • Identify stores and dealer networks whose customers match LILA's ICP
  • Provide sales materials, demos, and onboarding to new retail partners
  • Report on pipeline status, partner feedback, and market trends
  • Work closely with the founding and marketing teams to iterate GTM strategy

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B2C or channel sales in premium retail (home appliances, garden, home improvement)
  • Strong existing network with showroom distributors, buying groups, or regional sales reps
  • Passion for sustainability, circular economy, and tech-enabled consumer products
  • Proven ability to close deals and build lasting partner relationships
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus if you have :

  • Prior experience launching new products in North America
  • Worked with sustainable products or clean tech brands
  • Familiarity with California retail or home builder / developer ecosystems
