This role focuses on driving sales performance for new and pre-owned vehicles through strategic planning and team leadership. The successful candidate will implement marketing initiatives, ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining a compliant and safe work environment. A minimum of 3-5 years in automotive sales management and strong interpersonal skills are essential for achieving both financial results and team development goals.

The expected range of compensation for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 Salary — Plus bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
