Acura of Langley is currently seeking a Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager will assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the activities of the Sales Department. They will be responsible for developing training programs for new and used car sales staff, conducting training sessions, managing administrative tasks related to the department, and other duties assigned by the General Manager.

  • Establish long- and short-term goals for sales staff as directed by the General Manager.
  • Guide salespeople in setting and achieving their objectives.
  • Recommend inventory levels based on sales trends and current stock.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and gross profit objectives.
  • Assist in forecasting expenses for the department.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed by staff.
  • Evaluate sales performance regularly and conduct performance reviews.
  • Hire, motivate, and coach sales staff to improve performance.
  • Conduct daily meetings and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate efforts with other departments to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop programs to increase gross profit and finance penetration.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities and advertising campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities :
  • Enhance the dealership's image through team coordination.
  • Review performance records to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support community engagement and promotional efforts.
