As a leader of the sales team, the Sales Manager drives the dealership's sales experience. The role involves motivating the team to meet monthly sales targets and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources. The Sales Manager develops collaborative relationships within the dealership, upholds our brand values, and creates an exceptional customer experience in sales.
