Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include setting sales goals, tracking sales performance, training and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales initiatives. The Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, leadership, and team management
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop actionable plans
• Customer service-oriented, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Experience in the automotive industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area
