is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all activities within the New and Used Sales Departments. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing sales operations, ensuring sales teams meet performance targets, and maintaining the highest dealership standards.
The Sales Manager will lead all training and development initiatives for sales staff, maintain administrative accuracy, and uphold dealership processes. Working closely with sales teams, departmental leaders, and the General Manager, this role ensures strong customer satisfaction, effective sales execution, and consistent achievement of departmental goals.
The expected annual salary for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00.
