Job summary

WirelessWave is seeking a results-driven Full-Time Sales Manager in Vancouver to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store metrics. You have 3+ years of wireless or retail management, strong leadership, and a passion for coaching others.

This role requires evenings and weekends and offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

• Experienced Leader: 3+ years of wireless or retail management experience preferred with a track record of achieving results.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards, ensure compliance, protect company assets, support scheduling, training, inventory management, and overall daily operations.
