Your future role

Promote our full Client Solutions portfolio—spare parts, retrofits, training, and service agreements—to existing customers in the Agriculture and Organics sectors

Diagnose equipment and operational challenges and recommend improvements aligned with client goals

Own your sales territory : manage pipelines, forecasts, and dashboards to drive visibility and performance

Develop and execute commercial strategies and territory action plans to meet and exceed targets

Respond to product inquiries and assess lead qualification based on client needs and project potential.

Represent Premier Tech at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events

Serve as a subject matter expert on sales best practices and strategic customer relationship management

Travel within North America to meet clients, assess equipment, and support project delivery

Required skills

5+ years of technical sales or field-based commercial experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial automation

Demonstrated ability to diagnose customer challenges and sell complex solutions with long-term value

Strong communication and presentation skills—confident with all levels from floor to executive

Strategic mindset with the ability to develop actionable sales plans and adapt quickly to customer needs

Self-starter with a results-oriented, client-first approach

Willingness to travel regularly throughout the USA and Canada

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Experience in the agriculture or organics sector – an asset
