CA$114,000.00 / yr - CA$144,000.00 / yr

Matchbox is partnering with a well-established residential developer to find a Sales Manager for a new multi-family community launching soon in the Fraser Valley. This is a leadership role suited to someone who’s confident running a presentation centre, supporting a sales team, and managing the entire sales process from early outreach to homeowner possession.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, overseeing contracts and disclosure documents, and working closely with internal teams on marketing strategy and customer handovers. The ideal candidate brings strong real estate sales experience, a background in pre-construction, and a hands-on leadership style that keeps both the team and buyers supported throughout the sales cycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a full project and be part of a growing developer with a long-term pipeline of work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a small internal sales team and supporting their performance
  • Overseeing contracts, disclosures, assignments, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborating with marketing and project teams to support campaign execution
  • Managing the closing process including walkthroughs and homeowner possession
  • Reporting on sales activity and providing regular updates to the broader team
  • Working from the presentation centre and attending site or office meetings as needed

What we’re looking for

  • Strong understanding of contracts and presale compliance in BC
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Familiarity with the homeowner completion process and working with internal construction teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Someone who is organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
  • A valid driver’s license and comfort commuting to sites across Surrey and Langley
