What You’ll Do

As the Sales Manager, you will direct, plan and manage business relationships with key decision makers with existing accounts and potential accounts to achieve customer and DN profitability. Other duties will include:

  • Salesforce quoting
  • IBP Demand Planning 24 month rolling forecast
  • Sales reporting
  • New target strategy
  • Existing customer relationship related to pricing, terms and conditions, credit and payment terms
  • Price adjustments- scheduled and new adjustments based on market condition change
  • Plan and organize promotional activities, as well as presentations about our products and services ( F2F and virtual)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ experience in sales and service, preferably in mining, construction, drilling, and/or blasting.
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Office
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in the terminology related to the field in the form of verbal and written reports.
  • Sales Training and Customer Service Courses
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
