Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Ottawa Construction & Forestry location.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory.
  2. Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
  3. Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
  4. Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
  5. Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  6. Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
