RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing sales team and floor management
  • Training and people development
  • Interviewing and hiring
  • Scheduling and ensuring provincial legislative requirements are met
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Sales forecasting and ensuring targets are met (volume, value-added products and services, etc.)
  • Evaluating and managing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports
  • Performance management and developing action plans
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
  • Managing daily store operations
  • Ensuring safety and security of store and employees
  • Monitoring competitors
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Preparing and managing sales promotions and contests
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
