Job Description

Do you have expertise in, and passion for, sales management? Would you like to apply your expertise to impact the Immunology sector in a company that follows the science and turns ideas into life changing medicines?

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our Commercial Team as Sales Manager.

This key role reports to the Business Unit Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving sales growth and taking full ownership of territory's performance.
  • Coaching and developing the skills of Representatives, ensuring a high quality of visits and the correct delivery of the marketing strategy.
  • Maintaining communication between Representatives (sharing best practices), between Representatives and Product Managers and other employees.
  • Providing management and marketing feedback - PM (Sales Force Intelligence - market monitoring, monitoring of competitive activities on a monthly basis).
  • Security and responsibility for the implementation of marketing programs, including the correct transmission of messages.
  • Preparing proposals for regional sales plans for the team, with their subsequent translation into individual plans for Representatives.
  • Developing high potential Representatives to assume higher responsibility in the future.
  • To be an example in upholding internal rules, values and maintaining the same level among Representatives.
  • Regular screening and responsibility for knowledge standard, sales skills of Team.
  • Coordination of commercial activities with KAMs as needed.
  • Active organization of regional events /round tables, seminars, workshops/ dedicated to key products.
  • Reporting adverse reactions to a human medicine under applicable law and according to AbbVie's Work Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to perform tasks as a BT member and as an informal leader In-field team
  • Transfer feedback from the field to the level of Sales Manager or Brand teams.
  • Promote a multidisciplinary approach in field teams.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales and/or business development in the local healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, including team management accountability (2-3 years).
  • A strong understanding of local healthcare structures and reimbursement models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Very good command of local language and English.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
