SALES MANAGER

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our Ontario sales, leading our Sales team in prospecting and selling activities.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves managing relationships within the sales department, establishing customer needs, and building profitable sales volume through a strong team of sales executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Forecast sales activities and set performance targets
  • Analyze market data to determine customer needs, pricing, and discounts
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the sales team
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Advise clients on sales and advertising techniques
  • Assign sales territories to representatives
  • Analyze sales data to formulate policies and support sales promotion
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients with sales representatives
  • Meet with clients, support sales representatives in maintaining relationships, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments
  • Manage division expenditures within budget
  • Prepare sales reports on volume, potential, and expansion areas
  • Engage in product research and development
  • Perform additional tasks as required
