• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support the sales team to excel in performance and maintain a results-driven atmosphere.
• Performance Metrics: Track and manage KPIs such as closing ratios, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and profit margins to ensure continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Create and refine sales strategies, processes, and benchmarks that align with dealership goals.
• Exceptional Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service by leading with integrity and addressing escalated issues promptly.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory control, optimize vehicle displays, and maintain appealing merchandising to attract buyers.
• Collaborative Success: Work closely with service, finance, and other departments to achieve dealership-wide objectives.
