What To Expect

Our Sales Managers are seasoned retail veterans and naturally charismatic leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment, training, development, and overall management of a dynamic store team that supports Tesla in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

You will be challenged to support your team through training, coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance. You will identify events in the local market to maximize Tesla’s brand exposure and create more Tesla owners. Your performance will be measured and rewarded based on your ability to achieve targets, drive team performance, and maintain store operations.

To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and hardworking. A passion for sustainable energy and creating exceptional customer experiences is essential. What You'll Do
  • Train, coach, and motivate your team to meet productivity goals and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Ensure all employees deliver a best-in-class customer experience, supporting Tesla’s mission.
  • Create and foster a positive team culture, addressing people and safety issues promptly and effectively. Ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent, continuously evaluating performance and providing feedback to drive results.
  • Maintain facility standards and showroom presentation according to brand standards, and ensure employees follow dress code and grooming guidelines.
  • Manage store expenses with ongoing efforts to reduce costs.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong management and coaching skills.
  • A dedicated and ethical approach to sales and operations.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
