Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Stoney Creek Construction & Forestry location.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging, and protect company assets, including new and used wholegood inventory.
2. Provide the right mix of inventory to meet sales and market share objectives.
3. Manage and develop all employees in the Sales Department to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
4. Achieve market share goals aligned with the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
5. Provide feedback and input on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
6. Assist in managing branch account receivables in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
