Compensation & Relocation

Wage: Commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set strategic goals and implement initiatives to drive team performance.
• Oversee both new and pre-owned vehicle operations, including desking deals and inventory control.
• Manage vehicle ordering, merchandising, and ensure strong online presence across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute impactful campaigns that align with the Steele Chevrolet brand.
• Leverage systems like vAuto, PBS, and One Eighty to monitor performance and streamline operations.
• Champion outstanding customer experiences across every touchpoint.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, GM programs, and local market insights.
• Work closely with finance, service, and marketing teams to drive dealership success.
• Attend training sessions and professional development as required.

• A proven track record in automotive sales management, ideally with experience across both new and pre-owned inventory.
• Deep understanding of customer expectations in a competitive retail environment.
• Hands-on experience with systems like vAuto, PBS, and One Eighty is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of digital merchandising, website optimization, and modern marketing strategies.
• A passion for vehicles—GM knowledge is a bonus!
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to drive decisions based on performance data.
• Willingness to travel for training and professional development.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
