We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Workforce Housing team in Calgary. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by being active in the market and delivering tailored modular solutions to clients operating in Canada's most remote and demanding environments. This role is based in Calgary.

The Sales Manager serves as the primary liaison to the client, showcasing ATCO's value proposition in a manner that best aligns with the client's unique needs. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, driven, and a self-starter who embraces the responsibility of achieving high annual financial results for the company. They will develop and lead the pursuit strategy, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to position the company for optimal success. With a keen eye for identifying and mitigating risks, introducing strategic advantages, and a solid understanding of contracts, the Sales Manager is a well-rounded communicator and moreover a humble and effective team player.

What You Get to Do:

  • Manage an assigned territory within Western Canada and be responsible for achieving an annual revenue target.
  • Actively prospect and develop the pursuit strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Indigenous partners, project owners, contractors.
  • Manage technical and commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Track, monitor and analyze market trends and conditions and adapt accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and estimating teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities in key sectors.

You Are Someone Who:

  • A desire to take accountability and progressively advance a career with a proven industry leader.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in high stakes deals but not necessarily in modular construction or workforce housing industries.
  • Is a high performer who shares ATCO’s core values and seeks to be part of a driven team that sets to command the industry and is inspired to win by delivering innovative solutions to the market
  • Post-secondary education in business or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, entrepreneurial driven and demonstrate effective relationship building skills with people at all levels in an organization.
