Full Job Description

Hays is hiring a Sales Manager for a leading residential homebuilder specializing in single-family homes, townhomes, and wood-frame apartments.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong background in business or marketing, with a preferred MBA focusing on sales, marketing, or real estate.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
3. Manage and lead the sales team, providing training and support.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. MBA with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.
3. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate or homebuilding industry.
