We are looking for our next General Manager! The General Manager has the overall management responsibilities of our operations in Alberta for AGF Rebar inc. As such, the General Manager is responsible for leading the administrative, operations, plant, and field teams. The incumbent will have full P&L responsibility and will develop, plan, implement and continuously improve business and operational strategies to ensure the division’s growth and financial profitability. He will create a motivating and engaging teamwork environment throughout the entire branch to maximize employee satisfaction and efficiency.
