  • Deliver a consistent sales process from beginning toend, to ensure each client receives the same high level of service
  • Meet with customers and prospective buyers tounderstand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that bestaddresses their circumstances
  • Provide product information, service features andbenefits, quote prices and payments, discuss credit terms, and preparesales paperwork
  • Desk deals and close the sale while balancing theneeds of the customer and the dealership
  • Work with customer to arrange for vehicle financingincluding completing credit applications and matching customers tosuitable financial sources to obtain necessary approvals
  • Present and encourage the purchase of insurance,warranty, protection packages and other finance products sold by thedealership
  • Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperworkinvolved with the sale and / or lease of the vehicle
  • Drive leads and sales through the service lane, targeting high-priority vehicles for the Used Sales Lot and creating appointments for trades

Experience & Qualifications :

Our ideal candidate must come with an automotive sales background, is driven by providing excellencein customer service, is social media savvy, and has local ties or involvementto Airdrie and the community.

  • A valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a clear criminal record check
