Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are looking for a data-savvy, detail-oriented and technically versatile Inside Sales and Analytics Manager to play a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting our sales and commercial teams with data-driven insights, performance tracking, and tool management. The ideal candidate combines a strong background in ERP and CRM systems (SAP), sales analytics, business intelligence tools, and stakeholder collaboration, with a passion for turning complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

Sales Tools & CRM Ownership: Administer and optimize CRM (and ERP) system to ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment with sales processes. Lead the optimization and maintenance of sales enablement and analytics tools. Develop documentation, workflows, and automation within systems to improve team productivity.

Data Quality and Maintenance: Take ownership of the data quality and improve entries with the help of the wider team. Improve the quality of the installed machine database to provide insights for the customer success team on up-or cross selling potentials

Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis: Provide routine and ad-hoc performance analysis to senior leaders from the customer success team and other departments for both ERP and CRM. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights.

Insight Generation & Strategic Support: Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth. Provide input into sales strategies, campaign targeting, and territory planning based on internal data.

Sales Process & Forecasting Support: Assist the sales leadership team in managing and improving the sales funnel through accurate pipeline data and insight. Track forecast submissions vs actuals, helping highlight gaps or inconsistencies. Standardize metrics and reporting methods across teams and departments to ensure consistency.

Technical Support: Build on a strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems to help the wider team with technical queriers regarding the tools. Step into the role of a key user to support not only with ad-hoc requests but also be the change agent for any (global) system changes to be rolled out.

Change Management: Act as a change agent and proactively promote the usage of tools and systems (e.g. CRM) across the organization.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Engineering Marketing, and Finance to align data flows, campaign attribution, and revenue reporting. Assist revenue leaders in strategic planning by identifying underperformance or emerging trends and providing relevant data insights.

Your profile and qualifications:

Education: HNC/HND in a relevant field or equivalent experience with ERP/CRM systems; a Bachelor’s degree in Data or Computer Science is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales and service organization, with a focus on technical administration and support of systems such as ERP or CRM (e.g., SAP).

Technical Expertise: Strong IT proficiency, particularly in ERP and CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to enabling customer success.

Organizational Awareness: Ability to understand and operate effectively within GEA’s matrix structure, leveraging cross-divisional collaboration and networking opportunities.

Location Requirement: Must reside within a commutable distance to the Milton Keynes office.
