Position Overview

This position is responsible for finding new customers for the company and identifying opportunities to acquire new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales activities to meet individual targets regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Acquire new business from corporate cargo owners and individual customers monthly.
  • Conduct regular sales visits to gather insights on customer business conditions and monitor competitors.
  • Report sales activities using designated tools provided by the company.
  • Manage billing for accounts receivable exceeding payment due dates.
  • Maintain customer loyalty through ongoing active transactions with existing clients.
  • Develop customer contributions across all MIF products, including SF, AF, LCL, Referee, and CCL, both domestically and internationally.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys during sales visits to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of sales experience in forwarding or logistics, with advanced selling skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
  • Highly achievement-oriented, willing to travel, and able to work beyond regular office hours.
  • Committed to developing new business opportunities through excellent client engagement and effective sales strategies.
