Convergix Automation Solutions is seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and sales-minded Sales Specialist to join our commercial team. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning sales and marketing by transforming data into strategic insight and supporting the execution of impactful campaigns.

You will work closely with global Sales and Marketing leaders leveraging Salesforce for performance analysis and reporting, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking outbound activity. Your work will directly influence how we prioritize markets, focus our outreach, and convert interest into opportunities.

This is a critical role to support our aggressive growth plan and will work with a 50+ person global commercial organization to empower significant growth.

A background in industrial automation is preferred but not required. If you bring commercial intuition, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

What Would a Typical Day Look Like?

Sales Reporting and Insight (Salesforce)

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting trends using Salesforce
  • Build reports and dashboards that support sales leadership in decision-making and growth planning
  • Identify new market opportunities and whitespace using segmentation and win / loss trends
  • Proactively engage Sales Leaders, Business Development, and Account Managers daily to provide insights to drive customer engagement.
  • Work with Sales Operations & FP&A to maintain clean CRM data and consistent reporting

Business Development Enablement (Trello)

  • Track and support outbound prospecting and early-stage sales activities using Trello
  • Collaborate with the BD and Account Managers to prioritize outreach efforts
  • Work with BD on partner management and leads to quickly get them assigned to the right commercial engagement to drive to qualification
  • Analyze top-of-funnel activity and performance to optimize targeting strategies
  • Marketing Campaign Coordination (Asana)

  • Coordinate with Marketing to manage campaign timelines, assets, and execution in SalesForce
  • Ensure campaign strategies align with sales priorities and market targets
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and ROI
  • Support smooth lead handoff from Marketing to Sales
  • What Qualifies You for this Opportunity?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or marketing / sales support
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for opportunity management, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Experience tracking sales activities and campaign management
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to commercial stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative working style
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with demand generation or account-based marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Background in industrial automation, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales
  • Physical Demands
