Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update contract and client trackers to support revenue forecasting.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards related to invoicing performance.
  • Validate contract and invoicing details prior to submission to billing/accounting.

Hybride position

As a Sales Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data , tracking sales performance , and supporting contract governance. Your attention to detail will help deliver accurate forecasts, validate commissions, and provide insights into the customer lifecycle — all essential to guiding the company’s strategic decisions.

Revenue & Forecast Support
  • Maintain and update contract and client trackers to support revenue forecasting
  • Reconcile contract values and obligations with actual invoicing and revenue data

Reporting & KPIs

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards related to: Invoicing performance, Client onboarding / churn, Commission eligibility and payout tracking
  • Produce reports for Sales, Finance, and Management to support strategic decisions
  • Monitor and triage internal ticketing requests related to SOW, contract changes, billing issues, or client setup
  • Validate contract and invoicing details prior to submission to billing/accounting
  • Maintain and update client files and CRM databases
Commissions & Client Lists
  • Assist in maintaining sales commission payplans and validating data for monthly payouts
  • Track new clients, held contracts, and special cases for compensation review
  • Maintain organized remittance advices, onboarding forms, and contract archives
  • DEC/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, sales operations, or financial analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention) and revenue flow concepts
  • Experience with FreshBooks, Sage, CRMs, or ticketing platforms is an asset
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in cross-functional environments (Finance, Sales, Operations)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
  • Skilled at transforming raw data into actionable insights
  • Strong time management; meets recurring deadlines (commissions, dashboards, imports)
  • Bilingual (French and English)

The use of French and English is required as this position involves direct communication with colleagues or clients across all provinces of Canada.
